Estos Términos regulan el uso de la app Flia, ofrecida por Darya Astapava, monotributista, Argentina ("nosotros", "el desarrollador"). Al usar Flia, aceptás estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la app.

1. Qué es Flia

Flia te ayuda a organizar tareas, eventos y recordatorios familiares a partir de lo que escribís o decís, usando inteligencia artificial para interpretar ese contenido.

2. Quién puede usar Flia

Necesitás ser mayor de edad según las leyes de tu país para crear una cuenta. Flia está pensada para que la administren personas adultas; cualquier información sobre niños o niñas la ingresa el adulto responsable, quien garantiza tener autoridad para hacerlo.

3. Tu cuenta

Sos responsable de mantener segura tu cuenta y de la información que ingresás, incluida la de otros integrantes de tu familia. Avisanos si sospechás un uso no autorizado.

4. Suscripciones

Si Flia ofrece funciones pagas, se cobran a través de tu cuenta de App Store y se renuevan automáticamente salvo que las canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el período vigente. Podés gestionar o cancelar tu suscripción desde los ajustes de tu ID de Apple. Los reembolsos se rigen por las políticas de Apple.

5. Contenido que ingresás y resultados de la IA

Vos sos dueño/a del contenido que escribís o decís. Nos das permiso para procesarlo (incluso enviándolo a servicios de IA de terceros) únicamente para brindarte el servicio. La IA puede interpretar mal lo que dijiste — revisá siempre las tareas y eventos generados antes de confiar en ellos, especialmente en temas de salud o citas importantes.

6. Uso aceptable

No uses Flia para contenido ilegal, dañino o que viole los derechos de terceros; no intentes acceder a cuentas o datos de otras personas; no hagas ingeniería inversa de la app ni interfieras con su funcionamiento.

7. Función familiar e invitaciones

Sos responsable de a quién invitás a tu familia mediante los códigos de invitación y de la información que compartís con ellos dentro de la app.

8. Propiedad intelectual

El nombre Flia, su diseño y su contenido nos pertenecen o están licenciados a nosotros. Estos Términos no te dan ningún derecho sobre ellos más allá del uso normal de la app.

9. Servicios de terceros

Flia depende de servicios de Google (Firebase, Google Cloud/Vertex AI) y de Apple. No somos responsables de la disponibilidad o el funcionamiento de esos servicios.

10. Sin garantías

Flia se ofrece "tal cual". No garantizamos que funcione sin interrupciones o errores, ni que las interpretaciones de la IA sean siempre correctas. Flia no es un servicio médico, legal ni de emergencia — no la uses como única fuente para decisiones críticas de salud o seguridad.

11. Límite de responsabilidad

En la medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables por daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso de la app. Nuestra responsabilidad total no supera el monto que hayas pagado por Flia en los últimos 12 meses.

12. Suspensión y baja

Podemos suspender o cerrar tu cuenta si violás estos Términos. Vos podés dejar de usar Flia y borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras, desde Ajustes.

13. Cambios a estos Términos

Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Si el cambio es importante, lo vas a ver reflejado en la fecha de esta página o te avisaremos en la app.

14. Ley aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de Argentina, sin perjuicio de los derechos que las leyes de protección al consumidor de tu país de residencia te otorguen de forma imperativa.

15. Términos específicos de Apple App Store

Si descargaste Flia desde el App Store, además aplica lo siguiente:

• Este acuerdo es entre vos y nosotros (el desarrollador) — Apple no es parte y no tiene ninguna obligación de mantenimiento o soporte sobre Flia.
• Ante cualquier falla de la app en cumplir una garantía aplicable, podés notificarlo a Apple, que te reembolsará el precio de compra si corresponde; Apple no tiene ninguna otra obligación de garantía.
• Apple no es responsable de reclamos tuyos o de terceros relacionados con Flia o tu uso de la app, incluidos reclamos de responsabilidad por producto o de cumplimiento normativo.
• Ante un reclamo de terceros por infracción de propiedad intelectual relacionado con Flia, nosotros (no Apple) somos responsables de investigarlo, defenderlo y resolverlo.
• Debés cumplir con los términos de cualquier acuerdo de terceros aplicable (por ejemplo, tu plan de datos móvil) al usar Flia.
• Debés cumplir con las leyes de control de exportaciones que correspondan.
• Apple y sus subsidiarias son terceros beneficiarios de estos Términos y pueden hacerlos valer en tu contra.

These Terms govern your use of the Flia app, provided by Darya Astapava, independent service provider (Monotributista), Argentina ("we", "the developer"). By using Flia, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What Flia is

Flia helps you organize family tasks, events, and reminders from what you type or say, using AI to interpret that content.

2. Who can use Flia

You must be an adult under the laws of your country to create an account. Flia is meant to be managed by adults; any information about children is entered by the responsible adult, who confirms they have the authority to do so.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the information you enter, including information about other family members. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions

If Flia offers paid features, they're billed through your App Store account and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies.

5. Your content and AI output

You own the content you type or say. You grant us permission to process it — including sending it to third-party AI services — solely to provide the service. AI may misinterpret what you said — always review the tasks and events it generates before relying on them, especially for health-related matters or important appointments.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Flia for illegal or harmful content, or content that infringes others' rights; don't try to access other people's accounts or data; don't reverse-engineer the app or interfere with how it works.

7. Family feature and invites

You're responsible for who you invite to your family via invite codes and for the information you share with them inside the app.

8. Intellectual property

The Flia name, design, and content belong to us or are licensed to us. These Terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond normal use of the app.

9. Third-party services

Flia relies on services from Google (Firebase, Google Cloud/Vertex AI) and Apple. We aren't responsible for the availability or performance of those services.

10. No warranties

Flia is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will run uninterrupted or error-free, or that the AI's interpretations will always be correct. Flia isn't a medical, legal, or emergency service — don't rely on it as your sole source for critical health or safety decisions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid for Flia in the past 12 months.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms. You can stop using Flia and delete your account at any time from Settings.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If the change is significant, it will be reflected in the date on this page or we'll notify you in the app.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without prejudice to any rights mandatorily granted to you by the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

15. Apple App Store–specific terms

If you downloaded Flia from the App Store, the following also applies:

• This agreement is between you and us (the developer) — Apple is not a party and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Flia.
• If Flia fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple isn't responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to Flia or your use of it, including product-liability or regulatory-compliance claims.
• In the event of a third-party claim that Flia infringes intellectual property rights, we (not Apple) are responsible for investigating, defending, and resolving it.
• You must comply with any applicable third-party agreement terms (for example, your mobile data plan) when using Flia.
• You must comply with applicable export-control laws.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Для создания аккаунта вы должны быть совершеннолетним по законам вашей страны. Flia предназначена для управления взрослыми; любую информацию о детях вносит ответственный взрослый, который подтверждает, что имеет на это право.

3. Ваш аккаунт

Вы отвечаете за безопасность своего аккаунта и за информацию, которую вносите, включая информацию о других членах семьи. Сообщите нам, если заподозрите несанкционированный доступ.

4. Подписки

Если в Flia есть платные функции, они оплачиваются через ваш аккаунт App Store и автоматически продлеваются, если вы не отмените подписку минимум за 24 часа до окончания текущего периода. Управлять подпиской или отменить её можно в настройках вашего Apple ID. Возвраты средств регулируются политикой Apple.

5. Ваш контент и результаты работы ИИ

Вы — владелец контента, который вводите или произносите. Вы разрешаете нам обрабатывать его, включая отправку сторонним сервисам ИИ, исключительно для предоставления сервиса. ИИ может неверно распознать сказанное — всегда проверяйте созданные задачи и события перед тем, как полагаться на них, особенно в вопросах здоровья или важных встреч.

6. Допустимое использование

Не используйте Flia для незаконного, вредоносного контента или контента, нарушающего права третьих лиц; не пытайтесь получить доступ к чужим аккаунтам или данным; не занимайтесь обратной разработкой приложения и не мешайте его работе.

7. Семейная функция и приглашения

Вы несёте ответственность за то, кого приглашаете в свою семью с помощью кодов приглашения, и за информацию, которой делитесь с ними внутри приложения.

8. Интеллектуальная собственность

Название Flia, дизайн и контент принадлежат нам или используются нами по лицензии. Эти условия не дают вам никаких прав на них, кроме обычного использования приложения.

9. Сторонние сервисы

Flia использует сервисы Google (Firebase, Google Cloud/Vertex AI) и Apple. Мы не несём ответственности за доступность или работу этих сервисов.

10. Отсутствие гарантий

Flia предоставляется «как есть». Мы не гарантируем бесперебойную работу без ошибок, а также то, что интерпретации ИИ всегда будут верными. Flia не является медицинским, юридическим сервисом или службой экстренной помощи — не полагайтесь на неё как на единственный источник для критически важных решений о здоровье или безопасности.

11. Ограничение ответственности

В пределах, допустимых законом, мы не несём ответственности за косвенные или побочные убытки, возникшие в связи с использованием приложения. Наша общая ответственность не превышает сумму, которую вы заплатили за Flia за последние 12 месяцев.

12. Приостановка и прекращение

Мы можем приостановить или закрыть ваш аккаунт при нарушении этих условий. Вы можете прекратить пользоваться Flia и удалить аккаунт в любой момент через Настройки.

13. Изменения условий

Мы можем обновлять эти условия. При существенных изменениях это будет отражено в дате на этой странице, либо мы уведомим вас в приложении.

14. Применимое право

Эти условия регулируются законодательством Аргентины, без ущерба для прав, которые вам обязательно предоставляет законодательство о защите прав потребителей страны вашего проживания.

15. Специальные условия Apple App Store

Если вы скачали Flia из App Store, дополнительно действует следующее:

• Это соглашение заключено между вами и нами (разработчиком) — Apple не является его стороной и не несёт никаких обязательств по обслуживанию или поддержке Flia.
• Если Flia не соответствует применимой гарантии, вы можете уведомить об этом Apple, и Apple вернёт вам уплаченную цену покупки, если таковая была; иных гарантийных обязательств у Apple нет.
• Apple не отвечает за рассмотрение ваших претензий или претензий третьих лиц, связанных с Flia или её использованием, включая претензии по ответственности за качество продукции или соблюдению нормативных требований.
• В случае претензии третьих лиц о нарушении прав интеллектуальной собственности в связи с Flia, ответственность за расследование, защиту и урегулирование несём мы, а не Apple.
• При использовании Flia вы обязаны соблюдать условия применимых соглашений с третьими лицами (например, условия вашего тарифа мобильной связи).
• Вы обязаны соблюдать применимое законодательство об экспортном контроле.
• Apple и её дочерние компании являются третьими лицами-бенефициарами этих условий и вправе требовать их соблюдения от вас.
